With Murieta Health Club from the beginning, she is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Pilates Coach. She works with a variety of clients, from athletes to seniors, as well as teaching group classes.

Robert Asuncion
Clinical Manager for Murieta Physical Therapy
Robert received his Masters in PT from Cal State Fresno. He has eight years of clinical practice in out-patient ortho specializing in:
• Injured athlete/return to sport
• Ergonomic workstation design and RSD
• Aquatic PT
• Back-related conditions and surgeries. He also provides PT services for
Loretto High School.

Denise Moore, Yoga instructor
"If you can breathe, you can do Yoga" is Denise's motto.  Denise is YogaFit Level III Certified and enjoys sharing her holistic approach to life with her students.  Her other certifications include:  American Council of Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer and FITOUR Maternity Fitness Instructor.

 

Kim Brown , ACE certified instructor
Certified through the American Council on Exercise, Kim leads a variety of group exercise classes, including Spin, Straight Sculpt and Pilates. She is also certified from Powerhouse Pilates in Mat 1.

 

Travis Breeding, Personal Trainer, ISSA
Currently studying Exercise Science at CSUS, emphasizing therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation, he plans to attend Physical Therapy school. He is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association, specializing in sport-specific training.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Step & Core -- Energize your body with this cardio workout (with or without a step platform) followed by core strengthening.
ACE Conditioning (Agility+Core+Endurance) -- Advanced training that involves speed, agility, balance and core strength integrated through functional movement.
Cycle Core/Abs/Pilates -- Endurance bike workout with ab strengthening exercises and conditioning.
Cardio Circuit -– Circuit stations to build cardio endurance, core strength and balance.
Interval Ride -– Intense cardio workout on bike, includes hill climbing, sprints, & jumps. 
Pilates -– A total body workout for all levels that uses specific exercises designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.
Sunset Yoga -– End your day by relaxing your body and mind. Begin with a great workout using yoga poses to improve flexibility, strength and balance and end with deep relaxation.
Yoga Flow -- Build muscular power and joint flexibility by moving fluidly from one yoga pose to the next, strengthening and toning the abdominals, back, legs and arms.
TBC (Total Body Conditioning) -- Muscle toning using weights and bands while strengthening core with Pilates-based balance exercises.
Jr. Weight Training and Conditioning -- Strength training and cardio endurance for the pre-teen.
