Personal Trainer NCSA-PT, owner

Erin HowardWith Murieta Health Club from the beginning, she is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Pilates Coach. She works with a variety of clients, from athletes to seniors, as well as teaching group classes.

Denise Moore

Denise Moore, Yoga instructor
"If you can breathe, you can do Yoga" is Denise's motto.  Denise is YogaFit Level III Certified and enjoys sharing her holistic approach to life with her students.  Her other certifications include:  American Council of Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer and FITOUR Maternity Fitness Instructor.

Kim Brown

Kim Brown, ACE certified instructor
Certified through the American Council on Exercise, Kim leads a variety of group exercise classes, including Spin, T.B.C and Pilates. She is also certified from Powerhouse Pilates in Mat 1.

Janos Villanueva

Janos Villanueva, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). B.S. Kinesiology with a focus in exercise science. Specializes in sport specific training for many different athletes of all ages and levels. Also specializes in making personalized programs for all walks of life.

Vandy Passmore

Vandy Passmore, certified aerobics instructor
She has been teaching in Sacramento for six years and loves teaching different formats, including jazz-dance and sculpt, Flashdance aerobics, step aerobics and body sculpting.

Bridget Cohen

Bridget McGinness Redwood, AFAA certified group exercise instructor
She has taught group exercise in the Sacramento area for more than 15 years. Initially a Certified Step Instructor, she now has a Schwinn Indoor Cycle Certification, Les Mills Body Pump Certification and is studying for her Personal Training Certificate (ACE).

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Cardio Fusion: Energize your body with cardio moves that will challenge your entire body!
ACE Conditioning (Agility+Core+Endurance): Speed, agility, balance and core strength integrated through functional movement.
Cardio Craze: Burn calories like crazy -- energizing aerobic workout either low or high impact!
Cycle Class: Endurance bike workout designed to push you to the next level – Great Cardio.
Pilates: A total body workout for all levels that uses specific exercises designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.
Sunset Yoga: End your day by relaxing your body and mind using yoga poses to improve flexibility, strength and balance and end with deep relaxation.
Yoga and FlowYoga: Build muscular power and joint flexibility by moving fluidly from one yoga pose to the next, strengthening and toning the abdominals, back, legs and arms.
Tai Chi: Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise for health, consisting of slow and graceful movements that relax and strengthen both body and mind – excellent for older populations.
TBC (Total Body Conditioning): Muscle toning using weights and bands while strengthening core with Pilates-based balance exercises.
Junior Weight Training and Conditioning: Strength training and cardio endurance for youth.

Weight Management Program: Additional fee required -- weekly weigh-in. Circuit Weight Training and most of all ... accountability and motivation!
