Help wanted

Is there any possibility of getting an additional category added to the classified section to seperate the Help Wanted  V.S. Assistance Needed.  Not ment to be rude, but for job seekers out there it gets a little frustrating when you get excited about seeing Help Wanted(15) and maybe 3 of them are for actual jobs.
