Elements Day Spa - relocating to Ione
I wanted to share some information with the community in case you had not heard.
The owner of Elements Day Spa, Sharon Goldsmith, has closed her business in the Plaza and has relocated to Ione. Any Elements Day Spa gift certificates purchased will be honored at the old location in the Plaza until 1/31/10 for the following services: nails, hair and massage.
Should you wish to redeem your certificate for any facial services or products, you will need to go to the new location at: 14 West Main Street, Ione. Their phone number is 209-274-6000.
It is also my understanding that should you want a refund for your Elements Day Spa gift certificates, you will need to contact Sharon at the new location.
Thank you Beth for letting everyone know - The new place in Ione is really great! Ione is in the process of renovating and attracting businesses to their small city. Sharon's new Skincare By Sharon Location is right next door to Clarks Coffee House - and if anyone hasn't been there yet, I do recommend a drive to Ione to check it out.
They have local area speakers (free) - they have vendor displays and free wifi - the place is very large, homey and gives off a feeling of warmth and comradarie -
The building that is being renovated and housing new businesses already has (4) a hair dresser, Elements Skincare Salon, a pet grooming place - I believe that is Becky - and she has been in business for 30 years and a CPA. The downstairs area has community bathrooms and it opens out on a pation with chairs and tables for eating.
There is an upstairs as well - I haven't been up there - but this little town is really coming together - I believe they have received a grant as well - they have a business association of about 80 business representatives and they are working together to help each other through this economic crisis and making something of their unique little town.
