ADULT FAITH FORMATION: Mark your Calendar. Start the New Year with a challenge of your grasp regarding God's action in your life. A series of three-weekend presentations (on DVD) will explore "Living in the Image and Likeness of God." This program features the nationally known and popular spiritual writer and teacher, Father Ronald Rolheiser. Each 55-minute segment will be held in the Social Hall after Mass on Saturdays and Sundays - January 16-17, 23-24, and 30-31. Refreshments suitable to the hour and a brief social time before each session is planned. Watch for a flyer with details - in early January. WALK FOR LIFE· WEST COAST 2010 on Saturday, January 23rd is fast approaching to join upwards of 30,000 pro-lifer's for the 6th Annual Walk for Life in San Francisco. This is a very peaceful and family friendly event. Seats are still available on the buses for a cost of $20. The buses will be leaving from Good Shepherd Parish in Elk Grove. ALTAR SERVERS TRAINING beginning February 7th, and 28th immediately following the 9am Mass and Saturday February 20th at 3:30pm before the 5pm mass. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CONFIRMANDI'S who participated in their Rite of Enrollment today in preparation for their 2nd year of Confirmation! And, thanks to all families for participating in our family EDGE session afterward and bringing brunch to share. A BIG thank you to Teresa Field--SVDP Families of Faith Coordinator and parent-- for creating and leading our Confirmation Jeopardy game today.

COME AND CELEBRATE MARDI GRAS, CALIFORNIA STYLE on Friday Feb. 12th from 6-8:30 pm at the St. Vincent de Paul Social Hall.
