Full text of RMA 'admonition notice'

Here is the full text of the Rancho Murieta Association's "admonition notice." Members are required to sign the document before being allowed access to the salaries of association employees.

Admonition Notice and Acknowledge relating to Member request for Employee Compensation Information ("Admonition Notice"

You have requested certain information related to employee compensation of Rancho Murieta Association personnel. In this regard, this information is being provided to you as required by Civil Code §1365.2. Please note that the employee compensation information is still subject to the employee's right of privacy guaranteed under the California Constitution.

Accordingly, the undersigned Member(s) acknowledges that the personnel information may not be used for any commercial purpose, may not be used to threaten or harass any employee, will not be discussed at any Member, Board of Directors and/or Committee meetings, should not be disseminated in any written form and should not be discussed with any non-member of the Association as well as any member of the Association who has not signed an Admonition Letter.

Furthermore, the undersigned acknowledges and understands that any breach of the foregoing could expose you to liability and/or subject you to disciplinary action by the Association consistent with the Association's Governing Documents.
