FINDING INFORMATION
How
to search for information
RanchoMurieta.com,
launched in 2000, is a rich resource of information about our community.
In addition to the thousands of pieces of news produced since 2000,
it offers a lot of standing information about Rancho Murieta.
The
CLICK FOR > bar at the top
of every page -- Home Page, Clubs/Organizations, etc. -- will direct
you to content in those areas of interest. That bar also includes
a Site Map, which gives you a deeper look at the content of each
area.

to research a topic, there are several options on this page:

three overlap, but each has advantages for different kinds of searches.
Search engine: If you're searching for a name or an event
and aren't sure of the date when it was published, the search engine
is your best bet. But it may return a lot of extraneous results
-- technically in line with your request, but only clutter as far
as you're concerned. If you can't focus your search tightly, you'll
have to wade through the clutter.
Archive
by date: If you know the approximate date of a story, the dated
archive of stories is probably the quickest way to see what's available.
Archive
by governing body: If you're interested in the trends and topics
in front of the community's governing bodies, then the archive focused
on the RMA and CSD might be best for you.
