The discussion list offered by Rancho Murieta developers as part of the county-facilitated meetings on development:

Per the last meeting, we are providing you with this list of categories for discussion:

1. Oak Tree Preservation
-canopy preservation guidelines.
-replacement program guidelines
-size and location
-mitigation plans will be project specific

2. Grading
-design guidelines for development on slopes

3. Archeological/ Cultural Surveys
-follow County requirements including a survey by an appropriate consultant and following the recommendations of that consultant.

4. Parks and Trails
-follow parks agreement with RMH and CSD
-amend master plan to accurately reflect what is in the parks agreement

5. Lake Setbacks
-follow CSD requirements

6. Rock Out-Croppings
-survey rock out-croppings and establish guidelines for preservation

7. River Setback
-a floodplain study will be required prior to River Canyon Estates development

We think it is important to also let you know items that are not on the table from our standpoint. They are:

1. Annexation
2. Density
3. Affordable Housing
4. Size of Units
5. Fencing
