TRICK OR TREAT!

[October 29] The Cosumnes River Elementary School's annual Harvest Festival provided an afternoon of old-fashioned family fun Sunday with carnival games, the kindergarten cake walk, a costume contest, cupcakes and cotton candy. Charlote and Audrey Spencer, 2 1/2, watched the fun with their mother, Anne. The judges picked the costume winners, below, after contestants paraded around the schoolyard.
