Murieta's July 4: We're Mayberry with golf carts, at least for a day
Rancho Murieta celebrated another Fourth of July with the all-American small-town traditions (think Mayberry with golf carts) that make it the biggest day of the year, and set some records doing it. From the pancake breakfast that begins the day to the fireworks that cap the celebration, see the whole day here in pictures, 211 of them. Here's our look at July 4, 2009:
- Fun Run and Pancake Breakfast (3 photos)
- Parade down Murieta Parkway (12 photos)
- Every cart and car in the parade (we hope) (186 photos)
- Carnival at the lake (5 photos)
- Music and fireworks (5 photos)

It is Mayberry meets Murieta. Great job, everyone! And Rod Hart and crew, as usual, kept up with everyone. The front lake landscapaing is awesome. Thanks
