If you have trouble logging in

If you're having a problem logging in to RM.com, try resetting your password.

Follow these steps:

  • Underneath the "User login" box at the lower right of the home page are two options.  One of them is "Request new password."  Click that.
  • The system will send an e-mail to the address you used when you registered.  Click the link contained in the e-mail.
  • That will take you to a page where you can reset your password.
  • Enter the password twice, then scroll down the page and click SUBMIT.
