The first community blood drive of the year brought out a large number of donors Monday. It was the first time area resident Robert Anderson contributed at the Rancho Murieta drive, and he told BloodSource technician Jen Gunn he plans to be a regular from now on. Participants received T-shirts making them part of "Team BloodSource." The Rancho Murieta Women's Club sponsors the drives four times a year at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church. Coordinators said traffic was brisk from the time the drive opened.
