This committee is required under Article VI of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), and "The Architectural Review Committee Rules," to review and approve all plans and specifications for structure and landscape improvements, or construction work within annexed properties north of the Cosumnes River to townhouses and multi-family residential structures, as well as improvements located or erected upon residence and cottage residence lots. It shall formulate recommendations for Exclusive Use Agreements and shall recommend to the Board for approval rules for the conduct of its activity.

This is a discretionary committee established under Article X of the RMA Bylaws to make recommendations to the board for CATV programming and long-term planning for CATV services; to assist in the format and production of the annual RMA telephone directory; to assist in gathering and the publication of news of general community interest; to recommend communication media; and with board approval, to implement various communication programs. Absolute editorial authority rests in the RMA board of directors.

Goals (as outlined by RMA)
This committee is established under Article X of the RMA Bylaws to make recommendations to the Board regarding changes to RMA's rules for enforcing the governing documents. It maintains a liaison with Rancho Murieta Community Services District (CSD) with respect to safety and security matters. The committee holds hearings on enforcement actions of RMA rule violations prior to imposing any fines or removal of a member's rights as appropriate under the governing documents. The committee has no jurisdiction over liens for non-payment of member assessments or RMA employee safety.

This is a discretionary committee established under Article X of the RMA Bylaws to make recommendations to the board of policies, procedures, rules and budgets for the maintenance and improvement of the community facilities including the lakes, streets, open spaces, and parks not expressly under the jurisdiction of the parks development agreement. The committee is responsible to the board, and may support the Park Committee as well, under appropriate circumstances.

The Committee is required under the 1991 Park Development Agreement to represent interests of Rancho Murieta Landowers (Developers), the Rancho Murieta Community Services District (CSD) and the RMA.

This committee is a standing committee established under Article 10 of the Bylaws to review, evaluate, and act on any grievances from an unrepresented employee requesting action by this committee, after said employee has followed the process delineated by the Employee Handbook. The committee consists of an RMA board member as chair, and two "floating members" that are to be appointed at the time of the grievance by the chair from a pre-selected pool of residents. The RMA personnel attorney will serve in a non-voting advisory capacity.
