Adding a photo to your forum post or story comment
It's not complicated, but it takes more steps than we would like. (It is as simple as we can make it, at least for now.)
Note: Photos cannot be more than 350 pixels wide.
Step 1: Beneath the box where you're entering your text, click the little icon with a photo of a tree, as seen above. (When you mouse over the icon, it says "Insert/edit image.")
Step 2: In the window that pops up, above, click the box at the upper right. (It says "Browse" when you mouse over it.)
(Advanced users who want to post a photo that's already online can enter the photo's web address into the Image URL field instead. It's next to the Browse box. After entering the URL of the image, they click "Insert" below, which finishes the process. The photo will appear in the text-entry box.)
Step 3: In the new window, above, click the button near the bottom that's labeled "Browse."
Step 4: This takes you to your computer's folders, as seen above. Click around until you locate the photo you want to upload. (Remember: A posted photo cannot be more than 350 pixels wide.)
Step 5: At the next window, click the "Upload File" button, as seen above.
Step 6: You'll see your image in the box. Click the image and you're done.
