Want an e-mail notification about private messages?

In another thread, a member asks whether the system can send an e-mail notice whenever you get a private message. The answer is yes, you can configure your private message settings to do that. Here's how:

  • Log in
  • In your user area (bottom of right column), click "My account" and go to that page
  • Click the "Edit" tab
  • Scroll down to "Private message settings"
  • Modify the message settings as you like and click "Submit" to save.


Comment viewing options

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.
