E-waste curb pick-up coming April 7
If you have an old TV, all you have to do to get rid of it is put it at the curb by 7 a.m. Monday, April 7. That's when the Community Services District is holding an electronic waste collection event for residents.
In addition to televisions of all sizes, a recycling vendor will collect computers and computer equipment, scanners, fax machines, digital cameras, cell phones, household batteries, wiring, audio equipment and more.
Hazardous waste like paint, furniture, appliances, light bulbs, hair dryers, garbage or green waste will not be accepted.
More information about acceptable and unacceptable items is available here.
Households can set out up to a cubic yard (3 x 3 x 3 feet) of electronic waste for pick-up. Nothing needs to be bundled or packaged. Items that are considered unacceptable will not be picked up.
The service is being provided at no cost to the CSD or residents.

Kudos to CSD
for finding a no-cost solution AND curbside pickup!
