I am totally shocked at the service and bad customer service at the new Stonehouse Pizza etc.
Saturday evening, a friend and myself went to get pizza and Breadsticks for an evening of games and fun with our wives, well here goes the event. We order a 16" pizza and garlic breadsticks and was told it would be 45 minutes to complete the order. OK, so we go to the Mexican restaurant for a couple of beers waiting. 45 minutes pass, we go back to pick up the order and we see our pizza on top of the oven getting a suntan and then told the breadsticks were not done. We wait for another 10 minutes and then decided "Forget this" we want to go. we were then told it would be another 5 minutes for the breadsticks, my friend said,"Just give me my money back and don't want the breadsticks" then the manager had to be contacted to open the register to give us the money back. I made the comment, "This is not a good start" the manager in all of her customer service skills says, "We done 150 pizzas and no one has complained, so you are welcome to get your pizzas somewhere else from now on" My friend and I looked at each other and could not believe what we were hearing. I said, "You are right and that is just what we will do". The attitude and rudenes was finished by a cute quip from the young lady as we walked out the door--- "Don't come back"
I for one will never set foot back in that establishment. Just because they are in RANCHO MURIETA thinking they have captured customer base and we will put up with rotten customer service. I for one will drive down to Grantline Road to Fat Mike's Pizza next to Berts Diner and the Sheldon Feed Store. Great Pizza, super customer service and they appreciate my business. Do yourself a favor and make the drive and find out for yourself, gee they will even email me coupons to come back and save some money.
I sure hope this creates a spark of disgust with fellow Murietans and make this a call for the pizza place to change its attitude.
To recap: cold pizza, rotten customer service, attitude and not even wanting me to shop there again. I can take a hint.
