Day Three
We were at Plaza all day today and at times the proxy signings were brisk. Ted Ryon joined us today and will spell me off tomorrow morning. If we sit there long enough, we figure everyone in the Association will walk past our table. If I ask any of you who have already signed the Golden Proxy to sign again, I apologize. My short-term memory is not what it used to be. John seems to know everyone in this community and I am only getting to know you. Before my bride and I moved here we had a little spread in the Santa Cruz Mountains and all I had to remember was the names of my dogs, cats and the several black angus that roamed our acreage.
If you are wondering why my name is on the GOLDEN PROXY, the reason is simple. I have only lived here for 8 years and have ruffled fewer feathers than others on our committee.
I'm glad to see Wilbur is explaining our strategy to win freedom of choice. For those of you who like to know all the details, Wilbur's posts are in the Forum area of this web site.
More tomorrow. If you have any questions, post them as a comment to this BLOG.
