The old adage "fools rush in where angles fear to tread" may be quite applicable to the effort we are attempting to pull off with our Golden Proxy battle.  We are trying to get 1250 signed proxies.  Think about it, we are asking 1250 Murietians (a rather independent group) to agree on this one issue.  The last time that happened was when Dorothy Nordeen pulled off the last rewrite of the CC&R's during the last century.  She stopped by our table Monday, declined to sign a proxy, and then told us we would not be successful.  I hope she is wrong.  We need all the help we can get. If you share our desire to make TV optional, please pass the word to your neighbors and do stop by our table at the Plaza Market and sign a GOLDEN PROXY.  We need one proxy per rooftop. 

I got up around 6AM, made a pot of coffee, read my email, did a little writing, and then I clicked on the RMAdotCom icon.   Wow, I was blown away this morning to see the poll.  I have to hand it to Karen; that 100 words of summary really put things into perspective.  When I grow up I want to be able to write just like she does.

We had another good day today at Plaza Market, talked to lots of people.
