Day Six
Our faithful little group of GOLDEN PROXY collectors was out at Plaza Market again today. I guess some of you are getting used to seeing us there. I was surprised the see the same faces returning in only a day or two. Some because they forgot something on the list, others shop more often because they live alone and buy in small quantities. Plaza's deli is first class and their green grocery has always been good. I have also noticed more people entering the store with their own tote bags. My bride bought a half dozen quite stylish looking red tote bags to use in lieu of "plastic or paper." We have found that they stack in the trunk better, and are much easier to carry into the house. Beside, it keeps from filling Keifer.
My bride started entering proxy signers into our database and discovered we have a few duplicates. We can only collect one GOLDEN PROXY from each housetop, so if you have signed please tell your spouse or significant other.
John and Ted will be at our table at Plaza Friday. I go to school every Friday (Renaissance Society at Sac State). If you are a seasoned citizen and still are young enough to grow, I recommend this program. They are on the Web.
