The legal opinion relating to the Television Service is causing quite a stir here in paradise.  The 2003 Communications Committee members asked for that opinion as part of their final report.  Those of us on that committee have always known that the system could not be sold, or shut down, but we have gone through a large number of Board members from Savior to Cooper who spoke otherwise.  Now we have a well though out opinion.   I just read ever word, and find nothing new, and little that I disagree with.  Ms Felson's critique of the three documents discussed reinforces my original understanding of their content.  I did find some errors, but that is what makes the adversarial system of law so interesting.  The last paragraphs of the opinion suggest that we start talks with RM North.    We will continue to collect Golden Proxies.   Make the phone call Jack.  RM North is waiting.
