The Rancho Murieta Tennis Team is holding a carwash to benefit a woman who was severely injured in a car accident last month.

Gretchen Rhodes was driving home June 12 when her car was struck on Highway 16 near Murieta South. She suffered multiple injuries and is now recovering at a rehabilitation center in San Francisco.

The proceeds of the carwash will be provided to the Rhodes family to assist with their living expenses over the next six weeks while they actively participate in her rehabilitation.

The fundraiser takes place Sunday, July 20, from 8 a.m. to noon in the Rancho Murieta Association parking lot. Please contact Tamie Burkart, 354-1329, with any questions.
