Position: Account Executive/Broker Rep

Total HR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated person with demonstrated sales and customer service skills. 

Our company provides a comprehensive solution to small businesses for labor law, employee benefits, payroll, safety and risk management.  This position is responsible for generating leads and sales of our services to small to medium size business entities.  Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: Three years of demonstrative outside sales and customer service experience. Insurance license preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and phone skills. Outstanding presentation skills. Experience with PEO, ASO business modules. Proficient with Word and Outlook.
