What is it gonna take?

I have made 2 phone calls to the South Gate Security regarding the motor home and the SUV parked on the curb/sidwalk on the 1500 block of Reynosa Drive South side.

On 2 seperate occasions I have witnessed vehicle NOT BEING able to see around this corner due to the vehicles parked on the corner AND on both occations, I have witnessed cars almost hitting each other as they TRY to make the turn. My home faces the corner ahead of the SUV and it will only be a MATTER OF TIME before I have a car sitting in my living room.

Security does not seem to be interested in having this corner clear and visiable for drivers?! What is the matter with Rancho Murieta? Will it take EVERYONE on the South Side moving OUT of this community in order to get their attention?

Concerned and willing to MOVE! Can someone explain what my RMA dues actually pay for here?

Marilynn, by chance did you give RMA a call and ask for the Compliance Dept?

  Maybe we will have to start taking pictures and then take them to the Compliance Committee. Page 46 (g) of the CC&R's spells it out,yet when Ian Hunt drives thru and see's a violation and writes it up he tells me nobody will do anything. He says I'am busy writing citations,yet for almost (2) years we have had recreation vehicles parked in driveways on Celebrar, garage doors open all day and now on Reynosa we have boxes stores in the driveway and 2or 3 or more cars parked at night and a large motorhome parked on the corner. If the rules have been changed would somebody on the compliance publish it.
