Four will run for two CSD seats in November

Four candidates will be on the ballot in the November election for two seats on the Rancho Murieta Community Services District board of directors. The candidates are Betty Ferraro, Steve Mobley and incumbents Wayne Kuntz and Jerry Pasek.

Friday was the deadline for candidates to file with the county for the November election.

Pasek was appointed to the board last year after Bill White resigned as director, and Kuntz is in his second four-year term.

Mobley ran for the board in 2006, losing to Director Dick Taylor in a close race. Ferraro, a member of the team of residents who produced the CSD survey on security last year, has spoken about security issues at board and committee meetings. This is her first run for the board.
