If you've ever been anywhere with the line to the door and seen the panic in the Barista's eyes... well, then you stand with me in appreciating the friendly professionalism at our own MarShaTes.  Love them!  Never a missed order, never a surly reply, never a beleaguered sigh. Agreed!

I agree, Nellie - we have always had great service. The selection of coffee, wine, and pastries is fantastic, too.  My kids (aged 2 and 4) love to sit on the couch and enjoy their treats.
