Holiday Shopping in Paradise
Everybody's thinking about the economy right now so this is the best year ever to shop at home! Lucky folk we are we have some of the best gift options around. At Plaza there is a goodie for everybody on your list. Here's part of mine:
MarShaTes Gift Cards - For beloved people I work with and the young people on my list. They love these! My six year old bought his Auntie a latte with his and everyone was over the moon happy.
From the Heart - Two of my favorite lines at this fabulous little store are: The Willow Tree line and Crackling Fire Candles. The Willow Tree line are very sweet and simple (and affordable) statuettes illustrating characteristics like Faith, Health, Motherly Love.. Anyway, a huge hit with girls and adults alike. I gave one of my favorite young ladies the Dancer statue and another the Wisdom statue and they just loved it. My son gave Grandpa to...Grandpa and there it sits by his computer so he can see it everyday. The Willow Tree ornaments are perfect little additions to a bottle of wine or a book to make it extra special.
The Crackling Wick Candles are the coolest new thing I've seen in awhile. They have special wooden wicks so they crackle like a cozy fire. So fun! A cozy fire right on your desk. Or next to your reading chair. And they smell delectable and they are made in the USA! (Go Toni!) Plus, From the Heart gift wraps so you can shop and then head out to finish up while your gifts are wrapped. Gotta love it!
Ace's Hardware - I've been in three times in the last month for their galvanized steel buckets. Perfect "baskets" for goodies and beverage icers for parties. And if you have any newlyweds, college students, newly on their own types.. two words: Tool Box.
Just a regular tool box with a hammer, screwdrivers etc.. A great gift.
No waiting in line, no traffic, no 'extra' purchases (because I really use that milk frother gizmo I bought two Christmas's ago..NOT) just good service, great products and good pricing. Yeah Plaza!
Stay tuned for Holiday Food Shopping and Mom's Favorites...
