After 20 years, I wanted to have the valleys of our concrete tile roof redone to eliminate the potential of leaks from years of Oak leaves obstructing the channels.   The newer 3-point flashing design raises the tile to allow water to have significantly improve pathway to run and doesn't clog up as much over time.  Older tiled homes run the risk of leaks in the roofs if the valleys of the roof clog up and bigger $$$ repairs.   Phil Searle did a great job!  He came out and assessed my concerns.  I would recommend him for roof repair and re-roofing.  He's been out here for more than 20 years.  I had some dry rot on a couple corners and he repaired these perfectly.  He has done many jobs in Rancho Murieta.  I'm very satisfied with the workmanship.  His number is (916)870-9541.
