A day for rainbows

Rainbow

Tuesday's late-day mix of sun and rain sprouted multiple rainbows over Rancho Murieta, none prettier than the one captured by neighbor Bill Gengler.

Rainbow

Wednesday afternoon didn't disappoint either.  A rainbow with two pots of gold graced the sky over a path leading to Lake Calero.  Click the photo for a larger image.

Chasing rainbows...

Rainbow

Like I have always thought - Rancho Murieta is at the end of the rainbow.  Only problem, is I haven't found a pot of gold, just birds, down at the lake. Sure was incredible today.
