The Diamonds return to Lake Clementia Amphitheater July 10, and make no mistake -- this is a dance concert. There are even free lessons before the concert so you can brush up on your moves.

The Diamonds are members of the Doo-Wop Hall of Fame and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame. They first appeared in Rancho Murieta during the Entertainment, Theatre and Culture 2007 summer concert season and performed their own hits -- "Why Do Fools Fall in Love," "Silhouettes," "The Stroll,"  "Little Darlin' " -- and celebrated Elvis Presley, Bobby Darin and classic songs from other '50s and '60s groups.

The group's claim, "We're The Diamonds, and we're still rocking," was never in doubt as concertgoers crowded the dance floor to do the stroll, form a conga line for "Tequila," and slow-dance to "You've Lost that Loving Feeling."

Tickets are $30 for non-members and $20 for ETC members. The show begins at 8:30 p.m. Free swing lessons will be provided by Studio 16 and Jeanne Iben from 7 to 7:45 p.m. Tickets are available at the Rancho Murieta Association Building, Rancho Murieta Business Center and MarShaTes.
