RMA, CSD boards meet this week

The Rancho Murieta Association and Community Services District boards hold their monthly meetings this week, the RMA at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the RMA Building and the CSD at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the CSD Building.

The RMA board will take action on the purchase of the Escuela Drive property once planned for the community center and pool project rejected by members. The business plan for the project included a $200,000 land acquisition cost, with the purchase contingent on approval of the project. The board will also take action on gate policy for Saturday open houses and a budget for 2013 that proposes no increase in basic dues. See the agenda here.

The CSD board will receive an update on a proposed policy for DUI enforcement that would allow Security patrol officers to make voluntary vehicle stops, take action on a generator replacement proposal, and amend its approval of hydrogeological services for an augmentation well. The agenda and meeting packet are available here.
