The purpose of the committee is to review and evaluate governmental and non-governmental organizations serving the community and provide recommendations to the CSD regarding changes, and propose how the changes should be accomplished. Landscape watering restrictions hit 700 North households
Published April 17, 2008The Community Services District announced irrigation restrictions Wednesday for the area above the second Guadalupe Drive in Murieta North. Irrigation in Units 3 and 4 will be limited to alternate days until the Rio Oso tank is online again. The 1.2-million-gallon tank was taken offline for rehabilitation work last fall, and it's expected to be back in service June 7. Read more »
Draft CSD budget indicates a hefty rate increase
Published April 14, 2008The Community Services District is considering a "worst case" draft budget that would increase residents' monthly bill by 14.5 percent. The average monthly bill for water, sewer, drainage, garbage collection and security services is now $114.44 and would go to $131.08 for residents in the gated community if the proposed rate increases are approved for the 2008-2009 budget. CSD workshop on recycled water at 7 p.m.
Published April 7, 2008The Community Services District holds the last in a series of workshops on recycled water feasibility Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the CSD Building. The CSD currently provides recycled water for golf course irrigation. The feasibility study looks at the potential to use recycled wastewater for landscape irrigation as the community grows. E-waste curb pick-up coming April 7
Published March 25, 2008If you have an old TV, all you have to do to get rid of it is put it at the curb by 7 a.m. Monday, April 7. That's when the Community Services District is holding an electronic waste collection event for residents. Read more »
