Information about bunko groups

There are a couple of Bunko groups available to join.

3rd Thursday          7:00 P.M.

4th Wednesday        1:00 P.M.

Bunko is a dice game and lots of fun to play. The only skill required is "LUCK". A person can learn the game in about five minutes. It is a good way to enjoy meeting new friends. Great exhilaration is expressed when a person gets a Bunko and even more so on the second, third or fourth. Give it a try. Members of the group host the Bunko game for the group.

Eclectic golf for ladies at RMCC

The Rancho Murieta Women’s Golf Club held a two-day event on July 6th and 13th, to determine the Team Best Ball in a Partners’ Eclectic.  A potpourri of matching outfits donned by several teams, made for a fun couple of Tuesdays.  Twenty-four teams took to the South Course to post their best scores, competing in a flighted affair. After the first round, many scores were close, according to the tournament chairs, Nancy Kilborn and Linda Weatherholt, but some teams came from out of nowhere in the final round to get some notoriety.  Read more »

Soprano Courtney Bowles entertains RMWC

Singing Happy Birthday.jpg

Courtney Bowles sang her heart out for the members and guests at the RWWC at the luncheon on May 26th. The favorite might have been the Phantom of the Opera medley. Courtney was very comfortable and warm with the audience, wandering among the tables. The entire group sang Happy Birthday to Margaret Wonder for her 90th birthday. That was very special. The chef once more provided delicious entrees for the occasion. It was a lovely way to share afternoon with friends.  Read more »

The luncheon held on March 24th was a wonderful experience for all of those who attended.  The four-woman ensemble called Story Voices entertained the group with their song, humor, culture and unique performance. They tell their stories through prose, poetry and beautiful smiling faces. Their stories were insightful bringing a smile and even a tear to our eyes. Warm and enchanting, it was an unforgettable event. We would welcome Story Voices back again. The chef prepared a delicious lunch for members and their guests, choosing a chicken or shrimp entrée, a very tasty salad and the dessert was yummy.  Read more »
