Cable and channel 26

I'm not sure what the cost was to obtain the Kings games but I think I read it was over two hundred thousand dollars.  That would be nice if we had a channel to view the games.   Channel 26 has been useless for about two or more weeks and phone calls to alert RMA don't work either.  Once again I tune it to the Comcast channel on my RELIABLE DISH SATELLITE............

Yep, same thing with me. The picture pauses like every 3 seconds on CSN. When someone shoots a basket, by the time you find out if they made it or not, the other team is already on the other side of the court. What a joke this cable is!

Me three

I don't rely on RMA any more but upon my Dish, but when RMA TV is working it's a little easier on my remote room TVs to flip around on the RMA channels. When they're working, that is.  I haven't had watchable 10 or 13 for many months.

Keep in mind that RMA didn't ask the members when they decided to slam this channel into the mix.  It represents ONE EIGHTH of the programming costs of the system which you are forced to pay. Remember, nobody asked you.

The voters voted overwhelmingly, in large numbers, to make participation in the cable TV system voluntary and fee-based rather than part of your involuntary dues. Freedom of Choice got more "yes" votes than the majority of directors in the history of RMA have ever received.

Still waiting for the Board to respond to the wishes of the People.

Presidential debate "blacked out" in RMA

I just finished watching what may have been the decisive presidential debate of this
primary cycle. On my Dish. After flipping thru the RMA channels to see what channel it was on and not finding it. I looked it up on the web, found it was on MSNBC, and after rechecking realized RMA doesn't carry MSNBC (!?)

So I guess all of RMA's captive audience who aren't paying twice for TV just had to sit this one out.

But I did just check Comcast Sports just for grins, and did get to see a bit of a snowy image of a Palo Alto tennis tournament. Oh joy. Thank goodness that big-bucks channel is working again!
