The Rancho Murieta Association sent an email Tuesday afternoon to its subscribers, sharing a letter from Dish to Greenfield Communications about the weekend's outage of local channels.
In the letter, linked here, a Dish national account manager takes responsibility for the outage, writing, "I fully recognize and regret the impact this change had on your Rancho Murieta account. I apologize for the inconvenience you and your customers felt over the long holiday weekend. At DISH we understand how important television entertainment is and how frustrating outages like this can be. Rest assured that everyone here is working hard to ensure this never happens again."
We made multiple attempts to reach Dish about the outage, both Friday and Tuesday, and have gotten no response.
