Still Frustrated with Greenfield

We have had issues with our TV service thru Greenfield for weeks and I'm sorry to say they are still ongoing.  We cannot get most HD channels, the anologue stations are snowy and some channels we don't get at all.  We have had many conversations with Greenfield only to be told they are working on getting us (our neighborhood) switchd over to fiberoptics and it should be done by the end of the week.  I'm wondering which week they are speaking of because we have heard this for at least 4-5 weeks.  I must say they did not credit us for the TV service last month.  However, we would gladly pay for our service IF we got good service. Also, what role does RMA play in our service from Greenfield?  Has either of them heard the saying "Under promise and over deliver"?
