Before I respond to the tiered system, I am researching how making customers pay more creates water.
If you have the bucks you can use as much water as you like. Of course I fail to see when the water runs out how this produces more.
I look to the Murieta Gardens project as the forerunner in water conservation. I'm sure with the new technologies it will not cause any drain on future water needs.
Does anyone know if the new development has planned a Gray Water Capture and Treatment System? or any plan to control water usage?
