For what it's worth: Yesterday around 7:20 a.m. one of the school buses was doing better than 35 mph heading south on Murieta Parkway on its way to the gate.
Ralph, thanks for notcing and posting a reminder. Last week, I entered the South Gate mid afternoon, following two school busses. The radar trailer was out on MSP and they were logged at 30 and 32 mph.
The questions becomes, what is the magic number that will cause a citation to be given? I know I’ve gone by cops on highways while going well over the posted limit and never raised an eyebrow. But on the other hand, I got stopped once for hazardous operation, going 25MPH under the posted speed.
