Water treatment plant

The Community Services District celebrated the completion of its $12 million high-tech water treatment plant Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. After remarks by CSD President Jerry Pasek, General Manager Darlene Gillum and Sacramento County Supervisor Roberta MacGlashan, representatives of the community’s governing organizations toured the plant guided by Paul Siebensohn, director of field operations, who pointed out some of its features.  A buffet lunch provided by North developers followed at the Country Club. The plant was financed by North and South developers and the CSD.  Pasek praised the water the ultra-filtration system produces, saying, “It’s actually better than most bottled water.” Click photo for larger image.
